This hotel is conveniently located right in downtown, just across from the train station. With its close proximity to the city area, it makes exploring the area extremely easy. The staff here are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided is surprisingly good, exceeding expectations.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The hot springs bath was a great way to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping and convenience stores. It was also a relief to have free parking available. the complimentary ramen offered in the evening was a nice touch.
The outdated exterior of the building was a bit of an eyesore. the room felt slightly cramped for two people.

The hotel's location, right in downtown and just across from the train station, is unbeatable. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were equally excellent.

The hotel's location is very convenient as it is close to the train station and downtown area. the rooms are well-equipped and modern with all the necessary amenities. the breakfast offers a choice of Japanese or Western-style food. the hot springs bath is a great addition to the hotel experience, and you can even help yourself to soba pillows in the lobby area for extra comfort.
There are limited smoking areas within the hotel premises, which can be inconvenient for smokers.

The amenities and onsen were great, with comfortable beds and top-notch toilet facilities. the breakfast spread had a good variety, and the location was superb, walking distance to many restaurants and stores.
The service was disappointing, with staff members unable to communicate in English and seemed uninterested in helping us. the room was small, typical of Japanese hotels, but felt cramped for two people.
